Had good sleep at the double room with a normal double bed. A kettle, central heating and a work desk were a very nice touch. The staff was absolutely excellent, helpful, and responded promptly to requests. Its location a 10-15 minute walk from Coleshill Parish Church was absolutely perfect.

The hotel's location made it easy for me to attend the event I was in town for, as well as explore the shops and pubs in the area. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Both the tapas and full English breakfast were delicious and satisfying. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The hotel was clean. the staff was amicable and accommodating. - the twin/double room was lovely. - Central heating, a coffee machine, and a writing table were provided in the room. - the location was decent, in the middle of the city.

The hotel has a great location, just a short walk from the High Street, with plenty of shops and cafes around. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay pleasant. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, which ensured a good night's sleep. We also enjoyed the continental breakfast, which had a good selection of pastries and fruit.

The room was small and slightly outdated, with no real view to offer. The shower could have had more pressure, as it took a while to get hot water.

I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my visit. They made me feel welcome and were always available to assist with any questions I had. Secondly, the location of the hotel was excellent. It was conveniently close to the airport, making it easy for me to catch my flight. Additionally, there was a bakery opposite the hotel, which was a delightful bonus for a breakfast treat. Lastly, the rooms were well-appointed with comfortable beds and a lovely selection of toiletries. The WiFi connection in the bedroom was also a great convenience. Breakfast was included in the price, and it was delicious.

Spent Xmas at this hotel and had an enjoyable stay. the room was clean and comfortable. the staff were polite and available to help. the location was perfect for accessing the town and local attractions. the breakfast was tasty with a good variety of choices. the hotel offers an alternative entrance for pets which was helpful.

The room was missing instructions for emergency procedures and evacuation. the bathroom door needed WD40 and the shower was a little weak.

The hotel's location was convenient and surrounded by plenty of dining and entertainment options. the staff was friendly and responsive to initial complaints about faulty appliances. the bed linen and the bathroom mirror were clean.

Although this hotel may not be the fanciest or most luxurious, there were a few positive aspects that made my stay enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money - the prices were quite reasonable considering the proximity to the airport. Secondly, the staff were attentive and provided good service. Lastly, I appreciated the basic amenities in the room, such as the WiFi connection and the lovely little toiletries.

There was one aspect that could be improved - the breakfast could have been better.

The staff at Red Lion were incredibly helpful and supportive during my stay. They quickly resolved an issue I had with my room and even offered me a complimentary meal and drink to make up for the inconvenience. Their excellent customer service skills truly made a positive impact on my experience.

the location was great with plenty of pubs, takeaways, and restaurants nearby. the room was comfortable with a cozy bed and a nice mirror in the bathroom. the staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was enjoyable, especially the good coffee. the hotel had parking and was easy to find. I also appreciated being able to visit the bakery across the street.
